iDrive Auto Parts | Hybrid (Warren, MI ~ In-House 2 Days/Week)

iDrive Auto Parts is growing FAST, and we’re looking for a creative, experienced content creator to help elevate and manage our social media presence.

This is NOT an entry-level role, we’re looking for someone who knows how to plan, shoot, edit, and post content that actually performs.

Compensation

• $2,000 – $2,500/month (based on experience & output)
• Flexible, part-time structure
• Opportunity to grow into a larger role as we scale

Role Overview

• Part-Time | Hybrid
• 2 in-house content days per week (Warren, MI)
• Responsible for 2 high-quality posts per week across:
• TikTok
• Instagram (Reels + Feed)
• Facebook
• YouTube (Shorts + occasional long-form)

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Content Creation

• Capture high-quality video & photo content in our facility (dismantling, workflow, team, deliveries, behind-the-scenes)
• Turn everyday operations into engaging, story-driven content
• Film efficiently during in-house days to build a content pipeline

Editing & Posting

• Edit short-form videos optimized for each platform
• Add captions, hooks, music, and trends that drive engagement
• Schedule and post consistently across all platforms

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain all iDrive social platforms
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement
• Keep branding, tone, and messaging consistent
• Suggest improvements based on performance

Strategy & Growth

• Plan a simple but effective weekly content calendar
• Stay on top of trends (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and apply them creatively
• Bring new ideas regularly; We want someone who thinks, not just executes
• Analyze what’s working and double down on it

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in content creation (REQUIRED)
• Strong portfolio (TikTok, IG, YouTube, or similar)
• Skilled in:
• Videography & photography
• Editing tools (CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe, etc.)
• Understands:
• Hooks, storytelling, and viral-style content
• Platform differences and algorithms
• Organized and self-sufficient
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, real-world environment
• Bonus: Experience with AI tools for editing, captions, or content ideas

• Beginners with no portfolio
• People who need constant direction
• Anyone who just “films and edits” without thinking strategy

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Warren, MI 48089
