Social Media Content Creator & Administrative Assistant

DeClark's Landscaping Inc., an award-winning company and leader in the Green Industry for over 40 years, is seeking qualified individuals to join our team.

Social Media Content Creator Responsibilities:

  • Continue current marketing program as well as develop and implement new campaigns and programs
  • Maintain and organize social media schedule to insure accurate and timely postings
  • Generate video, photo, and graphic content for social media, website, and in house use by visiting jobs sites, talking to employees, and collaborating with management
  • Monitor, analyze, and research social media trends and metrics
  • Maintain and update website
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Manage office phone calls, take new client leads, and provide customer service
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
  • Assist with office filing, organization, and maintaining office supplies
  • Create, review, and input client contracts
  • Creating and updating forms and documents
  • General office and assistant work as needed by staff
  • Marketing and community event research and coordination

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to take initiative and work independently
  • Some knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Meta Business Suite preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
