Social Media Content Creator and Operations Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Operations Coordinator who can both drive online engagement and sales through compelling content and assist with day-to­-day administrative tasks.

This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who is both creative and highly organized.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media:

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Develop engaging posts (photos, videos, reels, captions, hashtags) aligned with brand voice
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and correspond with followers to create a vibrant and engaged community
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content for growth and conversions
  • Understand the competitive landscape, follow relevant industry news and social media trends, enabling you to build and implement strategies that increase reach and sales
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns

Sales Support:

  • Help generate leads and drive online sales through social media efforts
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue

Operations Coordinator Duties:

  • Book travel, hotels, and transportation for trade shows and events
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and calendar coordination
  • Assist with logistics for trade shows and business trips
  • Handle light administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand with a proven track record of growth and community engagement
  • Strong content creation skills (photo/video editing preferred), demonstrated ability to resonate and engage targeted audience
  • Proactive and positive mindset, with the desire to continually learn about new technologies and AI
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-starter who is knowledgeable and passionate about social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or social media schedulers
  • Background in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience supporting executives or coordinating travel

About VacDaddy

VacDaddy is a growing, dynamic brand focused on delivering high-quality products and experiences to our customers. We're looking for a creative, driven individual who can elevate our online presence while also supporting executive operations behind the scenes.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
