Social Media Content Creator Apprentice (Part-Time, In-Person)

Upstate Auto Styling is a fast-growing auto styling shop in Spartanburg, SC. We do window tint, paint protection film, ceramic coatings, and we’re launching mobile detailing. We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator Apprentice to help us turn our daily work into short-form content that blows up Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

What You’ll Do

• Be in the shop several days per week filming real jobs: tint, PPF, ceramic coatings, details, before/afters, customer reactions, behind-the-scenes.
• Turn that footage into at least 10 short-form clips per week (Reels / TikToks / Shorts).
• Edit vertical video for IG Reels, TikTok, and YouTube (hooks, captions, on-screen text, trending audio where appropriate).
• Write simple, clear captions and post from our accounts.
• Coordinate with the owner on what to film each day and which offers to highlight (especially ceramic coatings and higher-ticket services).
• Track basic performance: views, saves, shares, and which content brings in leads.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

• Consistently publishing 10+ quality clips per week, on time.
• Our feeds show: satisfying installs, transformations, education about tint/PPF/coatings, and the personality of the shop.
• You can come into the shop, know what to film, get it edited, and uploaded without hand-holding.
• We see clear “found you on IG/TikTok/YouTube” mentions from new customers.

What We’re Looking For

• You already make short-form content (even if it’s just for fun) and can show examples.
• Comfortable filming on a phone and working around customers and techs in a live shop.
• Basic editing skills in CapCut, VN, Premiere, or similar.
• Reliable, coachable, hungry to learn marketing, not just “go viral.”
• You care about making more content, better content, consistently. [$100M Leads, Page 155]

• Location: In-person at our Spartanburg, SC shop.
• Schedule: Part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time if you perform.
• Compensation: Paid apprenticeship, salary based on experience and portfolio.
• Reports to: Owner (you’ll work directly with the person driving the brand).

Pay: From $500.00 per week
