Hair Pourne is an established boutique & salon specializing in premium human hair wigs and hair loss solutions. Since 2015, we’ve helped thousands of clients feel confident through high-quality products, education, and exceptional customer service.

We’re looking for a creative, motivated Social Media Strategist & Content Creator to help grow our brand across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

This is more than a content creation role. We’re looking for someone who understands that great content should drive real business results by increasing brand awareness, consultation bookings, website traffic, and sales.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy

• Research trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Brainstorm engaging content ideas each week
• Develop and maintain a content calendar
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and sales

Content Production

• Film high-quality short-form and long-form content using an iPhone and/or professional camera
• Capture customer transformations, educational content, product features, and behind-the-scenes footage
• Photograph products and lifestyle content for marketing

Video Editing

• Edit engaging short-form videos using CapCut or similar software
• Add captions, graphics, transitions, and music
• Optimize content for each social media platform
• Create compelling hooks that encourage viewers to keep watching

Social Media Management

• Write captions and schedule content
• Publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Monitor engagement and community interactions
• Stay current with platform trends and best practices

Analytics & Growth

• Track content performance and key metrics
• Provide recommendations based on analytics
• Help increase:
• Consultation bookings
• Website traffic
• Store visits
• Product sales
• Social media engagement

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience creating and editing short-form video content
• Is comfortable filming with an iPhone and/or camera
• Is creative, organized, and self-motivated
• Has strong attention to detail
• Understands current social media trends
• Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Has excellent written communication skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
• Photography experience
• Experience growing a social media account
• Interest or experience in the beauty industry

Compensation & Growth

• Starting pay: $18/hour
• Part-time (15–20 hours per week)
• Hybrid position (in-store filming with remote editing)
• 90-day performance review
• Opportunity for pay increases based on performance
• Monthly performance bonuses based on business growth and goal achievement
