We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Design Engineer to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This role is highly hands-on and creative. You will be responsible for creating engaging short-form and long-form video content for our social media platforms (Joby ), as well as supporting commercial content production for our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form and long-form video content for platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Lead, direct, and host on-camera content across short-form and long-form video formats
• Stay up to date with social media trends and translate trending formats into brand-aligned content
• Write shot lists and scripts for product commercials and promotional videos
• Plan and support commercial shoots, including concept development and execution
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Casting and planning for product shoots

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial shooting, filmmaking, or content production
• Strong understanding of current social media trends, especially short-form video
• Hands-on experience with phone filming equipment (tripods, lighting, mobile rigs, etc.)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Passion for content creation, storytelling, and social media growth
• Strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of engaging, fast-paced content and visual storytelling.
• Existing model resources are a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing your work (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or personal website). Applications without a portfolio link will not be considered.
