SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR FOR CEO BRAND / BASED IN MIAMI, FL,

On-call availability, On-site position / Headquarters of a Global Company

We're looking for a highly responsible, fast-paced Content Creator to work on-site with a CEO of International Inc. 5000 company, and support his personal social media accounts. This role is execution-focused: capturing content as it happens and delivering clean, timely photo and video edits ready for posting.

Based in Miami, Hybrid / On-call availability.

Professional-level English proficiency with the ability to develop high-impact executive-level content.

Experience Managing 500k+ Follower Accounts

This position requires speed, reliability, and attention to detail. You'll work closely with a remote marketing team that will handle strategy, captions, and posting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Capture photo and video content on-site (meetings, lifestyle, travel, workouts, events).
• Perform photo and video edits (Reels, short clips, simple cuts, subtitles if needed).
• Deliver content quickly and consistently, aligned with daily priorities.
• Organize and label raw footage clearly for team use.
• Be available for quick turnarounds.
• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong experience creating short-form social media content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Strong eye for framing, lighting, and composition.
• Clear understanding of social media pacing, hooks, and engagement.
• Extremely reliable and organized, with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proactive and self-driven; anticipates content opportunities.
• Comfortable capturing unscripted, real-life moments.
• Discreet, professional, and trustworthy when working with a high-visibility profile

+Based in Miami, and available on-site

• Marketing, Communications, or similar major.
• Paid social experience
• MLM experience
• Background in influencer marketing or working with content creators
