I’m looking for a motivated, creative Marketing Intern to help grow my aesthetic nursing personal brand across social media. This is a paid, part-time, hybrid opportunity for someone who loves content creation, understands social media trends, and wants real, hands-on marketing experience in the beauty/wellness space.

Who You Are:

• Currently enrolled in college (preferred majors: Marketing, Business, Communications, PR, or similar)

• Confident using Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

• Creative, organized, and able to work independently

• Comfortable pitching ideas and taking initiative

• Excited about branding, aesthetics, or the beauty/wellness industry

What You’ll Be Doing:

Helping manage and grow social media accounts

Creating engaging content

• Feed posts

• Stories

• Simple graphics (Canva or similar tools)

Using professional photoshoot content provided via Dropbox

Creating original graphic-based posts and content ideas

Collaborating with me via phone/video a few times per week

Helping increase brand awareness, engagement, and visibility

Skills We’re Looking For:

• Strong social media knowledge (Instagram required)

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)

• Good communication and time management

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Research and identify current social media trends and relevant audio
• Assist with content scheduling and organization of marketing assets
• Help draft captions and contribute to hashtag strategies
• Support promotional campaigns, events, and special initiatives
• Ensure all content aligns with company branding and professional standards
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a medical setting

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Marketing, Communications, Media, or related program preferred
• Strong interest in aesthetics, skincare, beauty, and wellness
• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok platforms
• Basic video editing experience (mobile apps acceptable)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact comfortably with clients and staff
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.
• Knowledge of social media platforms’ best practices including Facebook Advertising and video editing techniques.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and social listening tools.
• Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
