QUALIFICATIONS


  • Graduated from Marketing, Communication, Media, Visual Arts, Graphic Design (etc.) departments of universities,
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a social media or content creation,
  • Advanced English proficiency (a second foreign language is a plus),
  • Proven experience managing brand social channels,
  • Experience within hospitality, lifestyle, or travel brands,
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools,
  • Photography and video editing (Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.),
  • Strong organisational skills,
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and PR,
  • Analytical skills for performance tracking
  • Living or able to live in Fethiye.



JOB DESCRIBTION


  • Execute and manage AHAMA’s social media strategy in line with brand and marketing objectives,
  • Create, write, edit engaging content for all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tone and storytelling,
  • Capture and edit photos and videos for social use, maintaining high aesthetic standards,
  • Research and integrate emerging trends and platform updates into content planning,
  • Support influencer outreach, partnerships, and content collaborations,
  • Assist in planning and coordinating influencer stays with the marketing and PR teams,
  • Track performance metrics, compile coverage reports, and share insights with the wider team,
  • Contribute to wider brand storytelling initiatives and creative campaigns,
  • Maintain the content calendar and posting schedule,
  • Assist with community engagement and responding to messages/comments.
