Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Executive to manage our online presence, design engaging posts, and produce high-quality written content. The ideal candidate should understand digital trends, branding, and audience engagement, especially in the restaurant and tech space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage and grow company profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
• Plan and schedule posts using a content calendar
• Monitor engagement (comments, messages, reviews) and respond appropriately
• Track performance and suggest improvements

2. Content Creation & Design

• Design visually appealing social media posts (using tools like Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Create promotional creatives, banners, and basic marketing material
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs

3. Blog & Copywriting

• Write blogs related to restaurant management, POS systems, and industry trends
• Create captions, ad copy, and website content
• Optimize content for SEO (basic understanding required)

4. Marketing Support

• Assist in campaign planning and execution
• Coordinate with sales team for promotional content
• Help in launching offers, announcements, and product updates

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools)
• Strong writing and communication skills (English required)
• Understanding of digital marketing trends
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, tech, or restaurant industry
• Knowledge of SEO and blogging tools
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite,
