Social Media Publishing

Create and schedule posts across key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.) in English and Arabic.

Source, format, and publish live event content from on-site photographers and videographers.

Ensure all content is submitted for approval by the Communications Manager prior to release.
Content Creation & Editing-
Edit short-form videos, reels, and imagery for daily publication.

Apply branded templates and ensure visual consistency across all media.

Tag assets correctly and optimise for reach and engagement.
Email Campaign Management-
Design and deploy email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Wordpress, and Chipmonkey.

Manage scheduling, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.

Align messaging with overarching email strategy set by the Communications Manager.
Analytics & Reporting-
Track real-time engagement, views, and CTA conversions.

Report daily metrics to the Communications Manager.

Recommend improvements based on performance insights.
Location & Commitment

Must be available full-time with in-person presence for the duration (ASAP - 28 November 2025), with a start in Dubai and then on-site in Riyadh.

Valid passport, UAE Residence visa and ability to obtain a Saudi entry visa.
Experience-
3–5 years in social media management and digital content production in the UAE and/or KSA.

Hands-on experience with video editing and basic graphic design.

Familiarity with content management systems and email marketing tools.
Skills-
Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).

Able to work quickly in a fast-paced approval-based workflow.
