Role Summary

Grow Nice Style’s (Retail shoes and bags company ) online presence and sales by creating high-performing content, managing community engagement, converting WhatsApp/DM inquiries into confirmed orders, managing Google Business Profiles/reviews, and shooting new items for the website to keep product content fresh and consistent.

Key Responsibilities

• Content & Growth: Plan and publish weekly content (Reels/TikTok/Stories/Posts), create scripts/hooks, shoot/edit (or coordinate with branches), maintain brand style, and drive traffic to WhatsApp ordering.
• Community & Social Selling: Reply to comments/DMs quickly, handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert chats into orders.
• WhatsApp/DM Order Handling: Confirm product code/size/color, check availability, confirm address/payment, coordinate dispatch, and maintain a clear lead→order pipeline.
• Google Business & Reviews (All Branches): Keep profiles accurate, post updates/photos, encourage positive reviews via link/QR, and reply professionally to all reviews (especially negative) with escalation when needed.
• Website Product Shooting: Photograph and/or video new arrivals for the website (clear, consistent, on-brand), coordinate with the team for product details (code/color/price), and deliver ready-to-upload assets.
• Reporting: Track weekly performance (growth, engagement, leads, conversions, response time, cancellations, reviews count/rating trends).

Must Requirements

• Fluent Arabic (speaking + writing) even if not originally from an Arab country.
• Strong English communication.
• Proven experience managing Instagram/TikTok for a retail brand + portfolio.
• Ability to handle high message volume and close sales through WhatsApp/DMs.
• Must be able to shoot new items for the website (product photography/video) with consistent quality.
• Organized, process-driven, comfortable coordinating with multiple branches.

Nice to Have

• Experience in UAE retail/fashion (shoes/bags).
• Experience with WhatsApp Business.
• Basic understanding of analytics and boosting high-performing content.

• Content output consistency (weekly)
• Reach/engagement/follower growth
• WhatsApp/DM leads → orders conversion rate + response time
• Order accuracy + cancellation rate
• Reviews per branch + rating trend + review response time (≤ 24 hours)
• Website readiness: speed + quality of new item shoots and upload-ready assets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
