Role Summary
You will be responsible for social media content from concept to publish. You will create, edit, and manage short‑form video and photo content that drives brand awareness, store traffic, and customer engagement.

Core Responsibilities

• Create short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
• Photograph and edit product and lifestyle content
• Write on-brand captions
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Organize content files and calendar
• Coordinate with ownership on campaigns and priorities
• Repurpose content across platforms
• Assist with email marketing content, including basic layout, copy, and imagery for campaigns and promotions
• Perform basic website management tasks, including product updates, content edits, and coordination with management on site improvements

Experience Requirements (Two Acceptable Paths)

• Path A – Experience: 2+ years hands‑on content creation/editing experience
• Path B – Education: Formal study in social media, marketing, or content creation with readiness to execute immediately

Portfolio Required (work, school projects acceptable)

Required Skills

• Video editing (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent)
• Photo editing (Canva, Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Comfortable filming in a retail environment
• Strong organization and follow-through

Compensation

• Competitive hourly
