Social Media Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position is for the oversight and maintenance of 3 (three) separate businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, developing engaging content, creating a marketing calendar, and enhancing our brand's visibility across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media management, public relations, and digital marketing strategies.

Duties

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
• Conduct research on current trends in social media and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the management to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels in a timely manner.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in public relations efforts by promoting events, products, or services through targeted social media outreach.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, to create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
• Capture high-quality photographs and video for use in social media content.
• Create and implement a marketing calendar.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management. Sorry no fast learners.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Illustrator) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
• Excellent research skills to identify trends and insights that can enhance our online presence.
• Familiarity with photography techniques is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
