Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Web Designer Content Specialist to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is both creative and technical—someone who understands how to design, write, and optimize content that attracts customers, supports brand storytelling, and drives conversions.

This role involves managing our websites (Shopify & WordPress), updating product listings, maintaining consistent branding across Facebook, Instagram, and Google, and creating promotional campaigns that elevate USA Medical Supply’s online presence. You’ll also analyze digital performance, track SEO, and assist in optimizing the customer experience on both desktop and mobile.

ResponsibilitiesWebsite & E-Commerce Management

  • Manage and maintain product listings on Shopify and other web platforms.
  • Upload, edit, and optimize product descriptions, pricing, and images for SEO and conversion.
  • Conduct website quality assurance checks, troubleshoot errors, and ensure all content meets ADA accessibility standards.
  • Create landing pages, organize navigation, and implement layout improvements for better UX.
  • Manage digital product catalogs and coordinate with vendors for updates.
  • Conduct basic HTML/CSS edits and ensure all visuals are responsive across devices.

Social Media & Marketing

  • Develop engaging content and graphics for Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
  • Schedule daily posts, respond to messages, and interact with followers to build brand trust and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote sales, giveaways, and community events.
  • Capture photos/videos and create visual content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns through platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
  • Monitor analytics, trends, and ad performance to guide strategy.

Design & Analytics

  • Collaborate with designers and developers to create visually appealing pages and banners.
  • Create and edit graphics, posters, and visual materials for digital and print campaigns.
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools to measure performance and report actionable insights.
  • Assist with A/B testing, ad tracking, and keyword optimization.
  • Stay current with trends in digital marketing, UX/UI design, and SEO.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or web design.
  • Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development principles.
  • Strong command of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Experience with JavaScript, PHP, or React (not required but a plus).
  • Understanding of responsive web design and information architecture.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and social ad campaigns.
  • E-commerce or healthcare industry experience.
  • Knowledge of email automation and CRM systems.

Schedule
