Social Media Coordinator

As our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for bringing our brand to life through video, photo, and strategic content creation and editing. From concept to camera to caption, you’ll lead the process — creating posts that inform, engage, and inspire.

What You’ll Do: Plan, film, and edit engaging short- and long-form video content. Capture photography for before-and-afters, team portraits, and lifestyle moments. Manage social media platforms and use analytics to guide strategy. Stay ahead of trends, optimize posts, and continually improve performance. Collaborate with our team and leadership to align creative with business goals. Leverage AI tools to streamline editing, ideation, and analysis

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management (beauty, med spa, or aesthetics preferred)
• Strong video creation and editing skills
• Comfort with and excitement about using AI in your workflows
• Familiarity with professional cameras and eagerness to learn
• Strategic mindset with a track record of account growth
• Portfolio showcasing your best work
