Social media coordinator

ü Manage and elevate our brand’s social media channels.

ü Oversee and manage visual content creation.

ü Blend content creation, coordination, and strategy to achieve impactful results.

ü Position based in Dubai with a global responsibility.

Functions:

  • Content Creation and Management:

· Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).

· Coordinate and oversee production shoots, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with our brand’s aesthetics and messaging.

· Capture and edit images and videos for social media, maintaining a consistent visual style.

· Manage contributors community of influential people

· Storytelling – create engaging videos to share the brand’s heritage

  • Engagement and Community Management:

· Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

· Foster positive interactions with followers and address any inquiries or concerns.

· Engage with relevant communities and influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Analytics and Reporting:

· Conduct monthly performance analysis of social media campaigns and activities.

· Track key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) and provide insights on trends and performance.

· Assist in developing actionable conclusions and strategies based on analytical data.

  • Collaboration and Strategy Development:

· Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.

· Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns.

· Provide input and feedback on content strategy, including topics, themes, and audience targeting.

  • Administrative and Miscellaneous Tasks:

· Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

· Assist in other related tasks as needed to support the marketing team and achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Strong photography and video editing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for staying current with social media trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
