Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Manage day-to-day social media accounts and ensure timely responses to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, conversions) using analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with graphic designer and content creators for high-quality visual content.
  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Assist in managing paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Support event promotions, announcements, and marketing initiatives through digital channels.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts (preferably in an educational or corporate environment).
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.
