You’re a social media storyteller and strategist who knows how to spark conversations, build communities, and turn followers into fans. What You’ll Do

• Strategize & Plan: Develop social media strategies that align with client goals and brand voices across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
• Create & Curate Content: Craft engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Community Engagement: Monitor conversations, respond to comments, and build authentic relationships with followers.
• Analyze & Optimize: Track performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure social content supports broader campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Stay Current: Keep your finger on the pulse of social media trends, tools, and best practices—and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years managing social media for brands or agencies.
• Must be local
• Must be comfortable capturing video/photos
• Strong writing skills with a knack for crafting authentic, on-brand messaging.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later).
• Comfort with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize campaigns.
• Team player attitude with a passion for creativity and collaboration.
