The Opportunity
We're looking for an enthusiastic, socially-savvy Account Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role open to candidates based in San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, or Santa Barbara. You'll support senior marketing staff across a range of exciting client accounts — with a strong focus on social media content creation and day-to-day platform management.
If you live on social media, have a strong eye for content, and get genuinely excited about crafting posts that resonate — this role was made for you.
What You'll Do
-
Help create and plan compelling social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn for a diverse portfolio of clients
-
Develop and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistent brand voice
-
Monitor social channels, engage with audiences, and provide responsive community support
-
Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats — and bring fresh ideas to the table
-
Collaborate with senior staff to develop and refine client social strategies
-
Assist with project scheduling, task management, and general agency operations
-
Support new business pitches and contribute to creative brainstorms
-
Track content performance and contribute to client reporting
Who You Are
You're someone who genuinely loves the social media world — not just as a user, but as a creator and strategist. You understand what makes content stop the scroll, and you know the difference between what works on Instagram versus TikTok. You're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
-
You're constantly consuming content and always thinking about what makes it work
-
You can juggle multiple client accounts without dropping the ball
-
You bring creative ideas independently — you don't wait to be told what to post
-
You communicate clearly and professionally, whether with clients or colleagues
-
You're energized by deadlines, not stressed by them

-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-facing presence
-
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

-
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut) are a bonus
