Duties

  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activities
  • Design eye-catching graphics and visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance posts and campaigns
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to boost reach and conversions
  • Track performance metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future efforts
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
  • Engage actively with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to nurture community relationships
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve content discoverability and organic growth in e-commerce environments
  • Proofread all content meticulously to maintain high standards of clarity, accuracy, and professionalism

Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices
  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
  • Knowledge of social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies including social media marketing, branding, SEO, Google Analytics, and Facebook Advertising
  • Ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences while maintaining brand voice and consistency
  • Strong relationship management skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams including PR, marketing, and e-commerce departments
  • Experience in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content that captures attention
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools for data-driven decision making in campaign optimization
  • Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all communications are polished and professional
