Social Media Coordinator at Destiny Water Adventures

Part-Full Time | Hourly | $20–$25/hr | Fort Walton Beach / Destin, FL
We’re a group of locally-owned businesses in the Destin area looking for a creative, self-starting content creator to join our team. If you love being on the water, have an eye for great video, and know your way around TikTok and Instagram — this might be your dream gig.
What you’ll do:
- Film on-location content across our businesses (beach, boats, Jeeps, holiday installs)
- Ideate and develop original content concepts independently
- Post and manage content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Collaborate directly with the owner on strategy and direction
- Light editing preferred; editing can be outsourced if needed
- Strong eye for vertical video and short-form content
- Self-motivated — you bring ideas, not just execution
- Some college preferred but not required
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
- Local to the Destin/Fort Walton area — on-site filming is required
Bonus points if you:
- Have a portfolio or your own social presence
- Know basic video editing (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
