Job Summary
As a Social Media Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of client social media strategies, oversee execution, and ensure campaigns deliver on business goals. You’ll guide and collaborate with the design team to produce engaging content, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to maximize results. This role is perfect for someone who understands both the creative and analytical sides of social media.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for clients across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Align strategies with client goals to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Content Direction & Coordination
- Lead the design/content team to create on-brand, visually engaging content (graphics, videos, animations).
- Provide creative direction and write engaging captions that resonate with client audiences.
- Ensure content is published consistently and reflects each client’s brand voice.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track account progress and monitor KPIs such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Use analytics tools to evaluate performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Continuously refine strategies based on data insights and client objectives.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to case studies, client success stories, and agency marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Must be a native Arabic speaker.
- Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts through strategy development and coordination(portfolio or examples required).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to guide creative teams and ensure delivery of high-quality content.
- Proficiency in design and video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Adobe Premiere).
- Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Insights, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Creative, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset.
