Responsible for managing and executing social media activities across all platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales for F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and schedule daily content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate with photographer and graphic designer for content calendar execution.
  • Engage with followers: respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Monitor trends in the F&B and hospitality industry to create relevant content.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, promotions, and collaborations with influencers.
  • Track and report social media performance metrics.
  • Maintain brand voice, identity, and consistency across platforms.
  • Support marketing events and on-site content creation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in social media management, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
  • Basic content creation skills (photo, video, short-form content).
  • Strong communication skills and creativity.
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
