Social Media Coordinator – Medical Spa

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, highly motivated, and energetic Social Media Coordinator to join our team! As the digital voice and lens of our medical spa, you will work directly alongside our aesthetic providers to showcase our treatments, patient results, and clinic culture.

This is a strictly in-house role. You must be available full-time and have reliable transportation to split your schedule between our two beautiful locations in Westlake Village and Encino.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Collaborate daily with our medical providers to brainstorm, direct, and capture engaging content.
• Filming & Photography: Record live aesthetic procedures, patient testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage (a company smartphone will be provided for all content capture).
• Platform Management: Post high-quality content across our primary channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
• Community Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for online patients. Promptly and professionally respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries across all managed platforms.
• Brand Strategy: Keep a pulse on current social media trends, viral audio, and algorithm updates to keep our brand relevant and growing.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Industry Experience: Prior experience working in a Medical Spa, Plastic Surgery, or Dermatology practice is highly preferred.
• Logistics: Must be able to commute to and work on-site at both the Westlake Village and Encino clinics.
• Social Media Mastery: Proven experience growing and managing accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Customer Service: Excellent written communication skills with a professional, warm, and compliant tone for handling patient inquiries.
• Visual Eye: Strong aesthetic sense with basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Reels editor, etc.).

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
