Job Purpose:
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing the company’s online presence across all social media platforms, creating engaging content, and ensuring consistent branding to increase visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty. Must be Arabic Speaking. Must have FNB Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy in line with brand objectives.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, captions, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to each platform.
- Plan and schedule posts across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.).
- Monitor social media accounts daily, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and operations teams to promote campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Assist in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns (paid ads).
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visuals across all platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of leading social media platforms and their best practices.
- Basic graphic design, photography, and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the F&B / hospitality industry.
- Experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads / Google Ads is an advantage.
