Social Media & Creative Content Strategist

Next Door Real Estate is a fast-growing brokerage in Dubai, known for its innovative approach to client engagement and strong market presence. We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join our marketing team and elevate our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate and develop trendy, catchy, and engaging content tailored to the real estate market.
• Write scripts for podcasts, reels, and short-form videos that capture audience attention.
• Manage content ideation/ creation for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars.
• Design eye-catching graphics, posts, and visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor engagement, track analytics, and suggest improvements to boost reach and conversions.
• Stay updated on the latest digital trends, memes, and viral formats to keep content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (Dubai real estate experience is a plus).
• Strong copywriting and scriptwriting skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
