We’re on the hunt for a passionate, result driven, and highly creative Social Media Creative Head to lead our brand’s digital and social content direction. If you live and breathe trends, love crafting compelling stories, and have a sharp eye for what clicks online — this role is for you.
You’ll be the creative force behind our social media presence, setting the tone for our campaigns and guiding a talented team of designers, creators, and strategists. Your work will directly shape how beauty lovers experience and connect with our brand online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Creative Direction – Own the creative vision for all social platforms, ensuring every post, reel, and story aligns with our brand’s tone, aesthetic, and identity in the beauty space.
- Trend-Driven Content Creation – Ideate and direct content that taps into trends, product launches, tutorials, seasonal moments, and social media culture (hello, TikTok and Reels!).
- Campaign Ideation & Execution – Drive full-scale campaign development — from brainstorming visuals to producing short-form videos, influencer-led content, and scroll-stopping creatives.
- Team Leadership – Lead and inspire a team of content creators, designers, editors, and social managers to bring the brand to life across platforms.
- Influencer & UGC Strategy – Collaborate with the influencer and PR teams to blend creator content into the overall social strategy and boost authenticity and engagement.
- Performance-Driven Creativity – Partner with analytics teams to monitor what’s working, learn from audience behavior, and refine content for better reach and results.
- Brand Voice & Consistency – Ensure every piece of content feels on-brand — from captions and visuals to tone and storytelling.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with product, packaging, e-comm, and PR teams to align social content with new launches, campaigns, and events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Interns, Graduates or Masters.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital content, or creative direction — ideally in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle space
- Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and content formats that perform
- A creative portfolio that shows off successful beauty or lifestyle campaigns
- Passion for cosmetics, skincare, and beauty culture (you know what’s trending before it trends)
- Skilled with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and scheduling platforms like Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
- Strong leadership and communication skills — with the ability to manage people and projects smoothly
- Experience working with influencers, content creators, and artists is a big plus.
Bonus Points If You:
- Are obsessed with aesthetics, social trends, and pop culture
- Understand Gen Z, Millennials, and how they engage with social content
- Have experience scripting or producing short-form video content
- Are confident directing talent (or even stepping in front of the camera if needed!)
