Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to manage and scale our online presence and paid advertising campaigns for international markets including UAE, UK, and Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and proven experience running performance-driven digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Create and manage TikTok Ads campaigns
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Manage email marketing campaigns (campaigns, automation, newsletters)
• Create content calendars aligned with international audiences
• Monitor and respond to messages and comments professionally
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and ROI
• Stay updated with trends relevant to UAE, UK, and Saudi markets

Requirements

• English proficiency is mandatory (written & verbal)
• Proven experience in Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Hands-on experience with:
• Meta Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Google Ads
• Email Marketing tools
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work from office and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of international audience targeting and ad policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing for UAE, UK, or Saudi Arabia
• Knowledge of CRM and lead funnels
• Experience with Canva or basic design tools
• Google Ads or Meta certifications (plus, not mandatory)
