Position Overview:

We're looking for a marketing specialist who can skillfully juggle a multitude of social platforms for multiple businesses, infusing creativity and strategy into our digital presence across different sectors, primarily focusing on development, property management, and construction. You'll be the the architect of our overarching online narrative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute a comprehensive digital marketing that extends across social media, email marketing, SEO, and content generation.
• Directly manage all social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, customizing content per channel requirements.
• Uphold our website's integrity, and update when necessary, ensuring its aesthetic appeal, ease of access, and accurate information.
• Generate, edit, and oversee all published content (images, video, written).
• Engage and connect with our audience through authentic "Social" interactions to cultivate leads and sales.
• Undertake analytical endeavors to refine social media tactics and detect fresh opportunities.
• Remain on the pulse of new social media tools, platforms, design technologies, and trends.
• Work with all divisions of each company to stay up to date.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field.

3-5+ years in social media management, digital marketing, and website oversight, preferably with exposure to development, construction, or related industries.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing arenas including social media, SEO, CMS, and Google Analytics.

Stellar communication capabilities and a flair for storytelling through various media formats.

Substantial experience with social analytics tools and social media engagement.

Web design and maintenance literacy, highly preferred.

Strategic thinker with a laser focus on pinpointing target audiences and launching campaigns that resonate and drive action.

Agile multitasker adept at navigating swiftly evolving projects as well as the ability to swiftly jump from business to business.

A foundational grasp of the development, property management, and construction realm will be considered a distinct advantage.
