Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile, creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team and market brand awareness across social platforms. This role focuses on engaging our target audience across multiple digital platforms, managing social media channels, creating engaging content, coordinating influencer collaborations, and supporting marketing campaigns for a growing medical & aesthetic services market.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Campaigns & Digital Marketing

  • Manage content planning and posting across social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand engagement and follower growth.)
  • Develop social media strategies aligned with marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid channels, and web.
  • Conduct keyword research to improve SEO efforts for website content and blog posts; optimize content for search engine ranking.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, optimize content strategies, and report on key metrics.

Content Creation and Technical Implementation

  • Create high-quality content including graphics, photography, blog posts, landing pages, video scripts and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Monitor social media beauty trends and incorporate viral content ideas.
  • Capture simple on-site video content such as customer testimonials, event highlights, and product clips.

Influencer & Brand Collaboration

  • Identify influencers and content creators for strategic collaboration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field (or 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) or other video editing software
  • Familiarity with content management tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL Coding skills
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong written communication and creative storyboarding skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities
  • Experience with social media management platforms (Buffer or similar)
  • Experience with beauty content creation a plus.
  • A passion for social media trends, photography skills including basic product photography or lifestyle shoots preferred.

Additional Information

  • Some weekend work may be required for marketing events
  • Occasional local travel for events or content creation
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Part-time, direct hire position
  • Wage range from $25 - $35 per hour DOE
  • Onsite position

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
