About Emerson Coast
We create completely custom sorority apparel — from trend-forward retail-inspired styles to fully custom cut-and-sew pieces.
Our customers care deeply about style, fit, fabric, and details.
They don’t want generic merch.
They want something their chapter is genuinely excited to wear.

And social content plays a huge role in inspiring that demand.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Director of Social & Growth to lead and evolve our social presence into a true growth engine.
You’ll help shape:
You’ll have strong support from an existing team that understands the brand and cares deeply about style — while also having the opportunity to help shape and build the right structure around you as we grow.
Your role is to help guide the vision, sharpen the strategy, and elevate performance.

Location
Based in Fayetteville, Arkansas (relocation support available for the right candidate).
Compensation
Competitive salary plus performance-based bonus, with total compensation expected to fall in the $100,000 – $130,000 range depending on experience and impact.
