Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence and actively contribute to lead generation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence to interact with clients directly, and the ability to create strategies that build brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content to attract and retain target audiences.
  • Run paid and organic campaigns to generate quality leads.
  • Engage with prospects and handle queries via social channels professionally.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for creative assets and promotional ideas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, confidently communicating solutions and updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–4 years of proven experience in social media management and lead generation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident personality with ability to convince and manage clients directly.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads preferred).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
