Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, social media campaigns, community management, and analytics tracking. This role requires strong creativity, communication skills, and the ability to execute campaigns that boost brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
• Plan and execute content calendars, posts, reels, and stories.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to create engaging graphics, videos, and creatives.
• Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Respond to customer queries, comments, and DMs across platforms.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads).
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive / Social Media Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social tools.
• Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English.
• Understanding of SEO basics, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
