Job Summary

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital strategies to strengthen Wadan Developments’ online presence across social media, websites, and email marketing platforms. This role requires strong copywriting, creative design input, technical know-how, and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization. The successful candidate will manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring brand consistency while enhancing engagement, lead generation, and conversions.


Key Responsibilities


Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute tailored social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
  • Manage and grow all company social media accounts with platform-specific content.
  • Use Metricool to schedule, monitor, and analyze social media activities.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and innovations.

Content Creation & Branding

  • Write engaging, SEO-friendly copy for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website pages.
  • Create compelling visuals in collaboration with designers and videographers to maintain brand consistency.
  • Maintain a content calendar to support marketing campaigns and events.

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads .
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align campaigns with lead generation goals.

Email Marketing

  • Create and execute targeted campaigns using Zoho Campaigns .
  • Develop subject lines, email copy, and CTAs optimized for conversions.
  • Track and analyze performance to continually improve results.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Build online communities through interactive posts, Q&A sessions, and influencer collaborations.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, website traffic, and lead quality.
  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights for improvement.

Website & WordPress Management

  • Coordinate with outsourced web developers to keep content up to date.
  • Independently manage and update website pages, event listings, and blogs via WordPress.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor competitor campaigns and digital trends to recommend improvements.


Qualifications & Skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in social media and digital marketing, preferably within real estate, construction, or events industries.
  • Proven ability to manage content calendars and performance-driven digital campaigns.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects .
  • Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Metricool .
  • Experience with Zoho Campaigns, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong WordPress content management skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
