We are a fast-growing real estate brokerage committed to creating engaging content that inspires, educates, and converts. We’re looking for a Social Media Executive with strong video production skills to elevate our brand presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos tailored for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage posting schedules and optimize content for each platform’s algorithm.
• Track analytics to refine strategies for engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in shooting and editing video content (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, social media trends, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are a plus.

Preferred Qualities

• Creativity and an eye for compelling visual storytelling.
• Comfortable appearing on camera (optional but a bonus).
• Experience with YouTube analytics, scheduling tools, or paid social ads is a plus.
