Based in Dubai, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the social media presence of multiple schools across the UAE, ensuring a cohesive and engaging online presence across all platforms. The Social Media Executive will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility, fostering community engagement, and driving lead generation.

What you’ll do

  • Community Management: Oversee the daily management of social media accounts for multiple schools across the UAE & GCC.
  • Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute content plans aligned with the overall marketing strategy, ensuring all content is engaging, on-brand, and tailored to the target audience
  • Content Creation & Coordination: Work closely with photographers, videographers, and in-house designers to produce high-quality content for social media. Ensure all content adheres to individual school brand guidelines
  • Collaboration with Schools: Partner with school teams to align social media efforts with upcoming events, activities, and key initiatives. Ensure timely content planning and execution to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Lead Generation & Admissions Support: Work alongside school admissions teams to optimise lead generation through social media.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Conduct detailed monthly analysis of social media performance, measuring effectiveness, engagement, and conversions. Identify areas for improvement and benchmark against industry competitors
  • School Engagement & Content Gathering: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at each school to stay updated on events and initiatives. Proactively gather content remotely through regular communication and coordination with school teams.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably at an agency
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A detail-oriented, positive approach to managing workload and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel within the UAE and occasionally beyond, as required, for school visits and events.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car for transportation to different schools in the UAE.
