About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in both organic and paid campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing large ad budgets (₹1,00,000+ per month), creating engaging content, and driving measurable results for the Chennai market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
• Plan and manage Google Ads (PPC) and Social Media Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing, and reporting.
• Create, design, and edit posters, creatives, and short videos for campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end campaign budgets (₹1 lakh+ monthly) with a focus on maximizing ROI.
• Conduct market and competitor research, particularly focused on the Chennai audience.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing & PPC campaign management.
• Proven track record of managing high-budget ad campaigns (₹1 lakh+ per month).
• Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
• Hands-on experience in designing creatives (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic video editing.
• Deep understanding of Chennai market dynamics and ability to tailor campaigns for local targeting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
