• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) tailored for each platform.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to queries, and engage with followers.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI).
• Stay updated with current trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage brand reputation by monitoring online mentions and handling feedback professionally.
• Research competitor activities and suggest improvements.
