Role Summary
The Social Media Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy across all platforms. This role aims to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and engage with target audiences to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media content strategies.
- Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content (posts, stories, videos, reels).
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to queries, and engage with followers.
- Collaborate with the design and content team for graphics, videos, and campaigns.
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, followers, and conversions, and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize performance.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support overall digital marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and ad management tools.
- Creative mindset with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Team player with strong attention to detail.
