Social Media Executive

Pinnacle is looking for a proactive, disciplined, and highly organized Social Media Executive to provide essential support in managing the business's online presence and administrative tasks. This is a full-time, long-term position for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is committed to delivering high-quality work consistently.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate should have experience in managing and handling social media marketing on Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage, update, and schedule content across various social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
• Perform regular updates, content changes, and basic maintenance on company websites.
• Assist with the organization and distribution of various media assets.
• Conduct a few professional phone calls per week for business-related purposes (e.g., scheduling, follow-ups).
• Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance as needed to support the client's growing business operations.

Requirements:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are absolutely essential.
• Proven experience of 4+ years in social media management, website content updating, and general administrative tasks.
• Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
• Strong understanding of different platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and problem-solve effectively.
