Social Media Executive

As a Social Media Executive at Strugbits, you will play a key role in managing and growing our and our clients' social media channels. You will be responsible for content planning and strategy, community engagement, and assisting in the development of social media campaigns and calendars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, post and schedule posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries across social media channels, providing timely, accurate, and friendly customer support.
• Assist in the development of a content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content is created and published to maintain a consistent social media presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including design and content, to ensure that visuals, copy, and branding are consistent across all platforms.
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including influencer partnerships, contests, and special promotions.
• Track and report on social media performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies and best practices in social media.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Creative and proactive with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
