Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our online presence and drive engagement across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing trends and possess strong communication and design skills to help grow our brand online.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.

· Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.).

· Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics.

· Plan and run paid ad campaigns on social media platforms.

· Grow and engage our online community through consistent interaction and responding to queries/messages promptly.

· Collaborate with the design and content teams to align campaigns with brand guidelines.

· Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

· Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

· Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive/Marketer or similar role (Freshers with strong skills can also apply).

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, tools, and analytics.

· Hands-on experience with social media management tools and basic graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is an added advantage.

· Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
