Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) regularly.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, and copy.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to messages, comments, and queries promptly.
- Support campaign planning and execution for events, launches, and awareness initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for creative and content support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong writing, communication, and creative skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Attributes:
- Passion for storytelling and digital engagement.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and community management.
- Interest in [specific sector, e.g., environmental causes, tech, education].
