Social Media Executive

We’re on the lookout for a strategic, innovative, and highly creative Social Media Executive to elevate and manage the online presence of our Founder & CEO across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping and growing the CEO’s personal brand. From creating engaging content to developing a compelling digital narrative, your mission will be to position him as a leading voice in the education and franchising space, while actively engaging and expanding his audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop platform-specific content tailored to audience behavior and algorithm trends
• Build a strong personal brand and thought leadership presence across digital channels
• Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and impact

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing social media or building personal brands
• Solid understanding of platform algorithms for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook
• Excellent content writing, storytelling, and trend-spotting skills
• Proficient in design and editing tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and basic video editing software
