We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to support the execution of organic social media content, community engagement, and performance reporting for Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles (CPOV), Aftersales , and Auto Leasing under Al Masaood Automobiles .


This role plays a key part in driving awareness, customer retention, and service loyalty through engaging, brand-aligned content. Working closely with the Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing team, and CPOV & Aftersales marketing functions, the Social Media Executive ensures all content adheres to OEM guidelines, campaign objectives, and customer-centric messaging.


Key Responsibilities

1. Content Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in developing and scheduling content calendars for CPOV, Auto Leasing, and Aftersales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to adapt creative materials for platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Ensure all content complies with OEM and brand standards, maintaining consistency in tone and visuals.
  • Draft and review bilingual (Arabic/English) captions that are clear, engaging, and relevant.


2. Community Management & Engagement

  • Monitor daily interactions across social media platforms, ensuring timely and brand-consistent responses.
  • Escalate leads, inquiries, and complaints to the CX or CRM teams for follow-up.
  • Identify and leverage user-generated content, testimonials, and customer stories.
  • Develop interactive content such as polls, quizzes, reels, and stories to boost engagement.


3. Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Support the rollout of social media campaigns for offers, promotions, and service awareness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather content requirements and ensure timely publishing.
  • Work with the Data Analyst and Social Media Manager to track performance metrics and optimize content.
  • Ensure all activities contribute to KPIs such as reach, engagement, sentiment, and lead quality.


4. Insights, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports with key metrics and actionable insights.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Recommend new formats, influencer collaborations, or AI tools to enhance efficiency and visibility.
  • Maintain organized archives of published content and campaign reports.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media content or community management, preferably in automotive, service, or retail sectors.
  • Customer Centricity: Understands customer needs and builds trust through relevant content.
  • Collaboration: Works effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Creativity & Storytelling: Crafts compelling narratives that highlight quality and value.


Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of content optimization and scheduling workflows.
  • Ability to write and adapt bilingual content for digital audiences.
  • Experience with AI-assisted tools for content creation and reporting.
