Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence and create engaging visual content. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in poster designing, content creation, and social media management across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan, create, and post engaging content aligned with brand goals
• Design high-quality posters, stories, and reels using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Develop monthly social media calendars and content plans
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare basic engagement reports
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams for campaign execution
• Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in social media handling and poster designing
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and algorithms
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in running paid ads (Meta/Google) is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content writing will be a plus
