Social Media Executive

We’re looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive who can handle both organic and paid campaigns across social media platforms and Google Ads. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and data-driven results — this role is for you!

Reporting : 2-3 times in a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Conceptualize and execute paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Develop engaging content — posts, reels, creatives, and ad copies aligned with brand goals
• Optimize ad campaigns for better performance, lead generation, and conversions
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and ad platform updates

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management and digital advertising
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Analytics tools
• Strong understanding of ad targeting, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Creativity combined with analytical thinking
