About the Role

TopSpot is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive to join our social media team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing engaging job post ads, managing social media channels, and ensuring effective audience engagement and campaign performance.

The candidate must have 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media account management. Running paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, and Twitter (X) would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Design, write, and post engaging job advertisements and social media content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Build and maintain a strong social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against defined KPIs and ROI goals.
  • Identify trends and insights, and use data-driven approaches to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, and content creators) to enhance user experience and ensure campaign consistency.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Stay updated on emerging tools, platforms, and technologies in the digital marketing landscape, and recommend new strategies for adoption.
  • Support the marketing team in developing creative growth strategies and digital initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (preferably within a software house or agency).
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Familiarity with current marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Good understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital analytics.
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
