Overview:

The Social Media Executive is responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with target audiences, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role aims to elevate the company's online presence through creative content and data-driven decisions, ultimately contributing to overall marketing objectives and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Create engaging content tailored to specific audiences while maintaining brand voice and consistency.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to gauge effectiveness and refine strategies.

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously optimize social media efforts.

  • Respond to followers’ inquiries and engage with users in a timely manner to foster community and brand loyalty.

  • Plan and conduct photoshoots and video recordings as needed to create high-quality visual content.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

  • Experience with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track performance metrics.

  • Basic photo and video editing skills using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Final Cut Pro.

  • Familiarity with SEO practices as they relate to social media content.

  • Ability to effectively utilize various social media platforms and their specific functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or similar role.

  • Proven experience in creating engaging content strategies and campaigns.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and audience engagement.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage analytics for strategic decision-making and improvements.

  • Creative approach to content creation, including writing skills, photography, and videography.

  • Experience with camera handling for producing original visual content tailored to platform-specific needs.
